Kitsch and Beautician Beauty opened in December 2022 with one stylist, one vision, and a very specific point of view: that a great salon experience and knowing exactly what's going on your scalp should never be mutually exclusive.
Every product here was chosen deliberately — not just for performance, but because what goes on your body matters. Ammonia-free, sulfate-free, cruelty-free across the board. We're a certified Green Circle salon. The choices are intentional and we'll always tell you why we made them.

Alise — Over 20 years behind the chair, starting in funky, Chicago neighborhood salons. Named Best Colorist for Brunettes by Chicago Magazine. Currently building a trichology practice as a certified Hair Loss Practitioner — because understanding the scalp is part of understanding the hair. The skills, the product knowledge, the science — and the belief that every client deserves someone who actually listens.
Heather — Over 20 years of experience with an eye for color and a deep understanding of curly, coily, and loc'd hair.
